Share anonymous statistics

In a recent release, I added the ability to send anonymized data whenever a stack runs too slowly or meets other conditions. I want to broaden this to allow users to opt in to sharing anonymized stats on all stacks, which will help me continue to optimize performance and memory management, and catch errors before they need to be reported.
