Mouse scrolling erratic when using Logi Options+
Reported by @Klaus Cinibulk — mouse scrolling is erratic when using the Logi Options+ software, with smooth scrolling especially. This is due to how smooth scrolling reports a stream of tiny scroll events, and Macro Studio wasn’t handling that well.
